Our mental health is vastly improved by developing an exercise practice.  We will help you find one you can love and practice. Join us for Yoga class, where you can reconnect mind and body.

Spirit

Buen Vyda is taking therapy to a whole new level.  We have incorporated various meditation classes. Classes geared towards developing a mind body connection. Learning and practicing  new ways of developing an awareness of who you are at your core and living your truth.
