Licensed Therapist

Cynthia Barrios Woodward, Clinical Supervisor and Therapist

Cynthia’s background and area of focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes the important role thoughts have on how we feel and what we do. And with advancements in Quantum Physics, science is now revealing the powerful impact our thoughts have on the world around us. Is it possible that we’re born with the power to reverse disease, create peace and abundance, and change our circumstances and relationships? Thoughts, indeed, influence our emotions and, in turn, our behavior. When you learn to master your thoughts, you discover you can master your world.

Cynthia received her Bachelor's degree in Science  and Master's degree from Santa Clara University.

Her employment and experience are vast.  She has worked for several nonprofit agencies across the bay area, serving lower-income and disadvantaged families.  With over 15 years worth of experience, Cynthia supervises other therapist and an active board member.

Cynthia primarily works with individuals and is entirely devoted to working with children, teens, and adults. She is a group developer and facilitator. She has continued her education and is a certified Reiki Practitioner, meditation, and yoga Instructor. Healing takes on many forms, and she is continuing to develop ways to serve her community better, taking an integrative approach to wellness.

Carol Olmos Crawley, Therapist Associate and Life Coach

Carol has passion for working with couples, but her specialty is working with first responders.  First responder marriages can have some unique challenges. Depending on the damage done to the relationship and the baggage brought into the marriage, this will determine the course of action. Every relationship is different, as the people in that relationship bring their own special gift to the table. Carol appreciates the complexity of each person and each relationship and tailors each session according to your needs.

Carol also specializes in working with couples struggling with infidelity, communication issues, emotional abuse, addictions, and trauma.  Carol helps individuals take back their lives by teaching somatic awareness. This awareness brings about authenticity allowing one to fully  accept themselves and learn to be vulnerable with those they love.
